What to expect from Invoke
Event Planning & Coordination: Organising the event, creating a timeline, setting up a budget, and choosing a venue.
Vendor Management: Hiring and negotiating with vendors such as catering services, photographers, and entertainment.
Marketing & Promotion: Designing promotional materials, managing social media accounts, and creating advertising campaigns around the event.
Invitations & Registration: Managing invitations, registration, and attendee lists.
Logistics Management: On-site management of all vendors, timings, equipment delivery and set-up. Transportation, accommodation and parking for guests and attendees where required.
On-Site Management: Managing the event on the day of, including set up, security, and handling any issues that arise.
Audiovisual & Technical Services: Providing audiovisual equipment, lighting, and other technical services to support the event.
Theme, Décor & Design: Creating a theme, designing the event space, and providing décor elements.
Catering & Hospitality Services: Food and Beverage planning and creation for guests and attendees, as well as managing hospitality services such as coat check and concierge.
Post-Event Evaluation: Assessing the success of the event, gathering feedback from attendees, and analysing data to inform future events.
